Having a isssue with green algae and now red is coming in too can there be anything done to help this

Couple of questions: how old is your tank, what are water parameters (nitrate, phosphate, etc.), how much do you feed your fish and inverts, and have you searched this site for "cyanobacteria" which is the red you have? Basically, you'll want to siphon off this bacteria, maybe use a readily available chemical cleaner to temporarily get rid of it and, most importantly, take action to improve your water quality given your water tests results. This is how you'll get rid of it long term.

Recommend that you do just that and wouldn't necessarily wait on water change schedule. I spot siphon as soon as I see some. Best overall strategy is to control nitrates and phosphates - that is the art and science of mitigating it. Good luck

If the tank is pretty new I wouldn't do much about it. Cycles through phases of diatoms, cyano and greeh hair algae are perfectly natural.

Is the tank new? Are there corals in the tank?

I have 1 dunken coral and it's been about 3 mouths that I've had it up and running

I wouldn't add any more fish for a while and I would beef up you coral population SLOWLY. Maybe add a new piece every month or two at most?
