Just about to start cycle on tank, only have dry rock and sand in tank and noticed this in tubing. This is running into wet/dry sump:

Looks like diotoms but Idk

It's like glass algae in the tank. But in a tube. You can wrap it in black electrical tape to stop the light.

This is the only place in tank with any type of algae?..or whatever it might be. Tank is completely clear as well as rock/sand..i havent even introduced bacteria or ammonia yet

Yea could be a diatom I suppose. Or just an algae.
