So woke up today and my yellow tang and hippo tang both have what looks like shiny specs is this ich or what and how do I treat it hard to get a good picture as I can only see it under the blues and can barely see it on the yellow tang
Can anyone tell me what this is

You will need to pull those fish (all fish), and put them in a hospital tank to treat for ich. The tank then needs to sit fallow for 76 days.

That looks like ich and potentially flukes or black ich as well, but it's hard to discern from the photos.
Ich should be treated with copper because your hippo cannot tolerate CP. black ich can potentially be helped with prazipro dosed 5-6 days apart. They can be used concurrently, although I would start copper first in quarantine and make sure you keep up on water changes to avoid ammonia burn. Get the ammonia alert badge by seachem to show you when a large water change is necessary.
The fish will need to be in fully therapeutic levels of copper (coppersafe is my preference - you'll want 2.0 PPM) for a full 30 days, testing daily.
Don't use amquel, prime, or any ammonia detoxifying products with these medications while in QT as they'll turn the meds toxic.

I don't see ich in that. I see velvet (possible that it's both of course). However, it's treated the same way as ich- with copper. I'd get to it asap just in case! Best of luck.
A freshwater dip will help with flushing out any excess build up of fluid in the gills and also confirm/rule out black ich as part of the problem. Let us know the results of the dip when you get it done.
