Hey guys, I bought this from my LFS for $30 as a green BTA a couple days ago. This is the only picture I have of it on the rock because since then it’s decided it would rather be in the sand. No matter how hard I tried, it would not stay attached to the rock so I’m leaving it in the sand. It’s also a translucent green color when it’s not under blue light. I’m hoping it’s not bleaching. It doesn’t look like any of the BTAs I’ve seen online, and hoping it’s not a Condy.

Anyone know how to tell?

Is there any way you could get a pic of the foot of the nem ? And also since you are saying it wants to be in the sand it sounds like a long tentacle anemone to me.

That’s about the best I could do, it’s pretty small. Also looks like it’s pooping right now ha. Clown pair won’t go near it. But they’re way too big for it anyways.

Whaat? How fast do they get that big? That would be awesome! Unfortunately I’m moving in 1-2 years and will have to break down the tank so hopefully that will be someone else’s problem.

LTA’s definitely like sand. And fairly deep. Good anemones that will host some clown species if desired.

I would love to see my ocellaris clowns host it, but they are not too adventurous apparently. Plus it’s too small right now, but good to know!
