Can anyone tell what this is?

I bought a rock full of mushrooms a couple of months and just discovered that there is something on that rook and it moves around too. It has a red center that is like the ember in a fireplace (see video and picture). What is that?

Looks like a rock flower anemone.

I'm not sure how to move the rfa. Looks like it needs more light

It was a great score even before. Hidden in the rock were Pom Pom Crab and an Emerald grab, and now this. How do I move it into more light? The anemone is moving around. Will it find the space it likes on its own?

It'll move by itself if it needs to do so. Many actually like semi-shaded areas for some reason.

It will move to where it feels comfortable as long as he’s not surrounded by other coral and has no place to go . Also feed him occasionally

Question has been answered already.. RFA, and a nice one at that. It will move to where it wans to be on its own. I have several of them in my tank. 2 of them decided to move to the underside of their rocks and have stayed there for a couple months now.
