I started dosing a week ago now I have problems wit my blue tang could dosing be the cause??

Interesting question....following along.

I would imagine if you got a bacterial bloom in the tank (water column) the fish could become stressed out from depletion of oxygen in the water....but this is quess on my part.

Depletion of oxygen would be the only reason I would think of too, what are the symptoms?

define problem? does it have ich? is it laying on the sandbed? etc?
what are your water levels (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, pH)?

remember if there is not enough bacteria in the water, a mini spike may occur

To add to this, it would be because the skimmer isn't sufficient to remove the dead bacteria.

Yeah I got a dose of ich and had a mini spike so I stopped dosing almost got everything back under control when things settle I'll try again but this time pay better attension lol
