Can Favia sting fish?

I was wondering if favias could sting fish, more specifically if they could sting clownfish. I just got a new favia and put it near where my clownfish sleeps and I was wondering if he will be fine or if I should move the coral.

Fish unlikely but neighboring coral yes.
If a fish gets too close, theres a possibility but a low chance of stinging
