So, I had a red algae problem in my 75 g reef tank . I treated with chemiclean, correctly, and it worked . My question is , how long after the treatment can you take out the air stone ? I have been googling and reading on every little detail about it except that ???? When is it ok to stop all the extra air ? Thanks if anyone has an answer .

I'm not super familiar with chemiclean, but I would assume that you can take the air stone out after treatment as long as you have a protein skimmer.

Thanks. That’s what I’m thinking , everything , including the box just says use air. Nothing say when to stop. So I think I should be good now.

As a good rule of thumb, 12-24 hours after the last treatment. If you have an ORP monitor, it's easier to gauge.

I would say after you perform the water change and your skimmer is back to normal then you can remove the air stone.
