I've treated a fish tank before with cupramine and had no ich for a few months and I introduced a new clean up crew and etc... and now my blue tang has it again, is it bad to treat with copper again ? I dont want to poison my fish. Thanks! Obviously I'd remove the clean up crew prior to adding copper again

Be careful when treating copper in the same tank with inverts because even if you take the CUC out cooper will get into the rocks and it never really comes out. You can treat with copper several time IMO.
Use chelated copper vs Ionic copper. If I am not mistaken Seachem Cupramine is Ionic copper which is harsh on on fish in general because it is ionic. fritz aquatics mardel coppersafe would be a better option as it is chelated and not harsh on fish. I also think you will have better results. Just my 2 pennies.

Remove all fish and treat with copper power in another tank. Let the display tank sit fallow with only cuc and any corals in it for 76 days. That’s the only way to ride the tank of ick. Always Qt everything before putting in the DT. Read up on the fallow process and quarantine process here. It will save u a lot of headaches long term. Good luck!
