No but I do believe fish does develop an immune system once it’s been infected but treated

Yes, but not this specific disease.
are the wild caught clowns more prone to getting brooks? I haven’t kept a wild one for quite some so I can’t say for sure but you are prob right as my exp is mostly with velvet on the immune system observation.

Thanks alot
Not brook typically, I did have a tang make a fantastic recovery from it but lost every other fish. I have an engineer goby recover from velvet when she was a baby and fish come back from ich

That I couldn't say. When my tank got velvet both my clownfish got it (one worse than the other) but both managed to recover.
