I fragged my first ever piece of what I believe are dragon eyes tonight. I placed them in a container of water after removing them, then mounted them to individual plugs then back into the tank. I just fed my fish and my powder blue wouldnt eat and seemed to be swimming around not quite normally and some of my fish are picking at it. This fish has been very healthy and is an good eater. Could I have introduced any toxin into the water? All the other fish seem just fine. I have a 350 gallon total system so maybe I am worrying over nothing. I replaced my carbon as soon as I saw what was going on. Any thoughts? I am an sps guy and know nothing about zoas.
thanks
Jeff

I can almost guarantee the zoas are not causing the issues with the tang, but you did the right thing by putting some carbon in just in case. I hope your tang doesn't end up having any issues.

From your description of the Powder Blue and the aggression of the other fish I would recommend that you move the Powder Blue to another tank if there is one available.

Thanks guys. At least I can feel that if something happens I wasnt the cause of it. There wouldnt be much of a chance of catching the fish. The others arent chasing the pb but an occasional dart at him as he swims by. Ive seen it happen before then a fish is sick or dying the other fish will pick at it. Thats why I am concerned for this guy.
thanks
Jeff
