Can hermit crab kill a carpet anemone?

My clown has thrown like 2 snails and a hermet crab into my carpets mouth. I noticed a shell sticking out it's mouth but also the carpets inside looks a little shredded. Thoughts?

Pictures will help. I've had nems eat hermit crabs before, a couple other corals too. Usually the shell is expelled shortly after.

I think it should be fine. My carpets eat snails and hermits all the time.

looks like hes pooping. And hermits shouldnt be a problem
