Can high nitrate stop coral growth

Any ideas on how I can find what is causing this. I went through the entire tanks and sump when I changed water. Moved every piece of live rock to looked for anything dead and rotting. Really at a loss here.
I would test my mixed saltwater for nitrates and also check my test kit. Something seems off for sure.

I have checked my RO/do unit. I have check my mixed saltwater. I have tested with 2 different test kits and have taken my water to have it tested. RO/DI is good mixed salt is good. Zero nitrates.

Another water change then? It can't be coming from nothing. Be careful though, and make sure the mixed SW matches your tank as closely as possible.
