Can I add a CUC yet?

In a fishless cycle and looking to see if I can add any clean up crew up yet. Ammonia is down to zero, added more last night, down to zero again today. Nitrite and Nitrate are still a bit higher than I would like before adding fish, but looking at inverts for the CUC and wondering if they would be ok in that while the cycle finishes. Starting growth on the rocks and would love some stuff in there to start cleaning it up.
