There is no hobbyist in my area. I live ina very. rural area. in the middle of texas. I have a 5 gallon tank if i can rehome it there? i probably cant but just windering.

And, no, a 5 gallon is too small for almost any fish to live in long term.

You can put just that clown in the 5 gallon with no other fish.

You will need to cycle the 5 gallon tank and have rock, good filtration, etc... just like any other tank.

No but I would recommend it. Only do it if you absolutely have to though and you will probably have to upgrade it eventually if the clown gets really big.

*Water carries very little nitrifying bacteria and the water will quickly be polluted by ammonia if it's not cycled properly

Quickest way would be to add fritz turbo start and some fish food... test ammonia and nitrate and once your ammonia goes down to zero AND you have nitrates (at least 5-10), then you can safely add one fish.

3 month. not showing aggresion YET but 1 clown is kinda alone.

Oh, and you obviously DO have a local fish store, so you can return the third clown to them.

(I also would not consider Jedi an "expert"!! lol!)

yes i have few petcos in range and when i bought them they said no returns allowed at all so idk

And... don't put anything from LiveAquaria in your tank without quarantining it first... good way to kill all you fish
