I have a 29 gallon fowlr, with 2 clowns, 1 fire fish and a chromis. I want to add more a yellow goby or some kind of small yellow fish or something that will work in my tank. Any ideas

I don't see why a couple yellow clown gobies would cause any issues. Depends on the filtration, but I'd think it'd be fine

Can I have two yellow gobys? Or mayb one yellow and one green? Do they sift the sand cause I don't want that really

In my own experience, if you plan to keep SPS corals do not get clown gobies. I had a yellow goby that irritated my SPS all the time

Can I add a clown goby and royal gramma to my list? I'm at the store right now and the clown goby is pretty small, I didn't know they were that small

Would 2 clowns, 1 fire fish, 1 chromis, 1 royal gramma, and 1 clown goby be pushing it?

You should be ok, just make sure aggression isn't too bad and your parameters are in check.
