can i calibarate ph probe with 4.0 and 7.0 solution?

Not really....
Normal Reef’s are ell above the 7 ph so you hound use a 7 min nd 10 max standar to calibrate.

Just to clarify, "not really", means "no" correct?
So if I do use 4.o, what would the harm be?.....the reading would be slightly off?

Typically a 7 and 10 are used
You could use the 4 and 7 since you have it but prob won’t be accurate at 8 or more, hard to say.

How about for my calcium reactor ph probe? Since the pH is kept around 6.7, I imagine the 7 and 4 pH solution should work fine. Correct?

Yup, 4 and 7 calibration solutions are the standards when calibrating pH probes for CaRx use.
