I recently started using an automated doser. When I was manually dosing, I calculated the alk dose to be about 4ml per day. I was dosing at the same time. When it came time to set up the doser, I set it for 1ml (smallest increment on the ARKA doser) every 6 hours. At this dose, the kH seems to creep up over a couple of days. If I change it to every 7 hours it creeps down.

Can I mix it maybe 2:1 and dose maybe 1ml of that solution every 4 hours (or adjust that)

You can dilute alk, calcium, and magnesium supplements.

I would be careful diluting organics (vodka, vinegar, amino acids, etc.) and some oxidizable inorganics (e.g., iron).
