As the title stated, I’m planning on mixing my own Kalkwasser solution with a little of
5 % Acetic acid ( Vinegar ) to fully dissolve the kalk. The amount will be 1 teaspoon of Calcium Oxide into 20mL of vinegar and then pour the solution into a 2 liter RODI water bottle. Shake well and then dose the tank once per day manually by hand in the evening. My tank is a nano 100 liters tank ( included sump ). Can that be done without causing the pH of the tank to fluctuate too much ?

There is a youtube video somewhere where Julian Sprung does exactly this. There is a limit on how much. Might be reefs.com channel. Do a search.
Morning would be a better time.

Anthony Calfo described a slurry method in his book of coral propagation, not sure if I remember the exact amounts though

I think the whole two litres will increase pH a little too much. Try slowly adding a few cups and then check to see how much pH has risen. You can always add more.

While OP stated he is going to be using vinegar to temper the pH of the solution, also needs to realize doing so will be a form of carbon dosing.
either way the method of hitting the tank with a slurry after lights out as Calfo described doesn't involve vinegar, so that's another variable that will effect the amount to dose in said slurry.

In any case having a properly calibrated pH probe and monitoring it while trying this out will be critical for the safety of the system should OP decide to try this method.

I strongly do not recommend dumping a slurry into your tank. I’ve been using kalk for almost 30 years. BRS has a video showing how to make a drip container. They also sell the canister and parts needed. I have two canisters so I have one ready to go. The mix needs to settle. Never add the powder at the bottom into your tank. I drip it slowly into the main tank. I have a reefer 625 which is about 140 gallons of water. I use 2ml of vinegar and 1/2 a teaspoon of BRS kalk. 20ml is too much vinegar for a teaspoon of kalk. Try to keep your vinegar to the minimum needed to dissolve the kalk. Test to make sure your not raising your levels too quickly. Kalk and two part dosing keeps my levels at 480 Ca 9.8 Alk Ph between 8.1 - 8.4. Start slow and low. Remember the only things that happen quickly in this hobby are the bad things.
