I'd like to try dosing these together in a 16:1 ratio solution through my dosing pump. Are there any negative chemical interactions I should be aware of ?

There would be no chemical interactions.

Also, there is no reason to dose the two nutrients in that ratio. Your system most likely will need a different combination to benefit.

No chemical interactions. Not sure why you are doing this, but you can.

If no3 was 0 and po4 was 0 then a 16:1 ratio would be ideal so as to not become limiting.

You can definitely mix them, I did it on a regular basis when I dosed macro and micro nutrients for my freshwater tank.

The big difference there is you do big water changes to account for the fact that the tank never uses the two in a consistent ratio and the goal is to make sure nutrients aren’t a limiting factor

My only concern is thst bacteria will grow if you combone them.

I use to have to watch with the micro nutrients but the macro’s were usually fine. In the summer sometimes they would get a little bacteria growth but not much

I'm at 0 and 0 so this is my thinking. I realize I will probably have to make adjustments manually based on consumption, but 16:1 makes sense as a starting point.
