My saki-hikari marine carnivore pellets have not expired yet but I do not think I can finish the in time...will I be okay feeding them for an extra month after the expiration date?
The fish get more tha just pellets they get mysis and bloodworms too

Man, I sure hope that isn't an issue...I just polished off an expired bag of Oreos.

Should be fine...just looked at my Hikari pellet bag and it's a "best before" date. You may get some complaints on not serving the freshest pellets though. :)

Sprinke them on your salad. That should help use them up before they expire. Like most food the expiration date means they are best before that date. After that they may absorb moisture, dry out ect.... but should be fine. Maybe they are like twinkies and never go bad.
