Can I feed this to my fish?

I would say no. Look at the fine print with the food coloring and preservatives

That food is fine to feed. Most of those unfamiliar componants are as preservatives, but won't negatively impact the tank. Though I haven't found too many fish that are eager to eat a food with a gel binder.
 
You can feed it. See if they like it. There's a lot of better options out there however. If you got it for free or on sale then why not? It's probably not going to hurt anything.
 
Lifeline red and green were fantastic frozen foods back in the day. Fish always tore it up for me; I had groupers and lions that would eat it LOL. I didnt know it was still available.
