Can I get a hand with my sump

Bought this tank with a sump set up and kind of confused. Does it look set up right? I won't be running a skimmer .Is the return pump in the right place and does the water level look good? I can kill the return pump without flooding the ground so that's good I'd guess . Any help would be nice

The sicce pump sounds pretty loud to me and thought they were quite .

looks ok to me. did you take the pump apart and clean it? you also want to inspect the impeller for any damage.

I have the sicce syncra and it's pretty near silent.
Make sure it's not touching any panels or the feed line either or they may make vibration noise, all pumps can for that matter, but if it continues to make noise and you've cleaned it properly there may be an issue w/ that particular pump.
