Can I get an ID on this algae plz!

So I’m new to the saltwater hobby and I have a fluval spec v nano tank. In it is 2 maroon hermits, 1 azure damsel, and 1 yellow clown goby. At first I thought it was coralline and was thrilled but know I’m not sure. I tried blowing it off of the rock with a syringe but that didn’t do it. It’s also producing micro bubbles like Cyanobacteria.

Any input would be awesome!

It does appear to be some type of Coralline to me (There are many types)

Yes a tiny bit but there’s still a pink spot on it it just fades the color. Since it does rub off I’m guessing it’s cyano

More than likely. Coralline usually doesn't come off with a tooth brush unless you really scrub it.

It appears to be cyano to me. How long has the tank been up and running? Looks like you started with dead rock and it's new, so I would expect you would see a bit of cyano.

It’s been up for 7 weeks this Thursday and i started with dry rock. Just don’t want it to get to the outbreak phase where it covers everything.

You may get a bit of it while things break in. To minimize it, make sure to keep up on your water changes and don't overfeed.
