Can I get help with diagnosis please

I have my tang in quarantine, and a few days after copper treatment, I noticed the discoloration and pitting near its eye. It's still in quarantine. I had to treat for flukes and ich. Not sure what's going on now, please help.

Not entirely more like small pits, the white area is discoloration but not holes
