I have 4 T5HOs over my 29 gallon.

Have rock for SPS about 5-8 inches from the light

My LFS has this really big square-cube tank lit by 4 really bright MH, not sure on wattage. I keep seeing this really pretty blueish acro on the bottom of the tank, not shaded by any rock.

something valida it was labeled. can i keep it healthy with what i have? also have a cone skimmer.

also interested in keeping a sunset mille or table acro, yay or nay? as well as these smooth-skinned acros my lfs has on the bottom of a frag tank, like by 4 (36?) T5s.

Aquatic Life

two of these

ATI bulbs, going to replace in a month with 2 giesemann aquablue +, an ATI aquablue special, and an ATI purple +

yeah i already have a good combo

just need to know if i can keep those SPS i want

30" fixtures, 4 24w bulbs.

A. valida will do just fine. As far as the other SPS, if you have the newer Aquatic Life fixture, with ICR (Individually Contoured Reflectors) and are using quality bulbs, such as ATI or Geismann, they should be just fine. If you have the older Aquatic Life fixture, with parabolic reflector, probably not, unless they're very high in the tank.
