I have one Big toadstool with two babies growing next to it on the same rock. Has anyone had experience moving the small toadstool's safely?

I know people do it - it might be 'easiest' - to chisel off the small piece of rock. you can also cut them off - and re-attach to a new rock. But - from personal experience - the left over tissue can regenerate. I cut and threw away a 2 foot in diameter leather coral. scrubbed the rock. 2 years later - in the exact spot - it was growing again - is now about 5 inches in diameter.
