Can I move a mushroom?

So there us green hair algae growing right where my mushroom is and I can't scrub it off with the mushroom there. The mushroom is very unhappy but it is attached to the rock, is there any way to move it?

hi,i would try to scrub off as best as can ,then place snails on area,then decide how to combat the algae

Well my tank had a nitrate spike while I was gone on vacation because I covered it sot he water would not evaporate but I got the nitrates down and the green hair algae is pretty much gone and is just in the little spot around the mushroom. I don't want to scrub it because I am afraid I will hurt the muahroom in the process. Also the only snails I have are nassarious snails.
