I'm putting the finishing touches on my reef tank rebuild. I'm adding a 4 head dosing system and am trying to get some ideas on how to deploy it.

I'd like to see the dosing setups of others.

This is my first steps in to automated dosing, so I am open to advice/suggestions.

Thank you,
Dom

Everything by hand

I like to keep things simple. Alk and cal is the primary things you will end up dosing daily so a 2 head doser works fine. I have a red sea doser which is small and compact sitting on top of my ATO reservoir and 2 containers in front with 8 weeks worth of alk and cal to dose with.

Yeah I know, cords and tubes everywhere. That seems to be my problem with the big tanks because I pretty much have to have it against the wall before I start adding everything. But I do love my Neptune and all its capabilities. I’m dosing Seachem 2 part and Phosphat-E and Homemade No-Pox.

You and me both!
Tubes and cords as far as the eye can see.
My thinking is as long as the room that the display tank is in looks clean I'm happy.

The Apex dos runs a kalkwasser reactor and homemade nopox as well.
The calcium reactor is being run off of the kamoer. I have a BRS 1.1 dosing pump not connected to anything but plugged into the apex so if I need to bump calcium or alkalinity I can do that slowly overnight.

The spectrum box is where the brain for the apex is. Those OPB boxes are great for keeping the brain safe.

That’s a great idea. Mine are pretty much out in the open.

Same. 2 shot glasses dose 3 tanks. Been doing like this for years but I run simple systems.

Do you ever forget which is part 1 and which is Jeager?

Wow! You have a lot going on in a small amount of space...

Just added this Simplicity 4 head dosing pump 3 weeks ago. I love it so far, especially for the price, and it holds my Alk and CA spot on so far. I dose 25 ml of BRS Alk and CA daily, 12 times per day and 50 ml of TM Part C, split between the Alk and CA dosing.

Run a single doser for All for reef keeping my lowest of my big Three steady. Then add the other two by hand. Only need to do this every three days.
