Can I reuse equipment from QT?

Quick question. After being in copper and what not in a typical QT, can I still use the equipment for things not QT related in the future?

Examples being
-HOB filter
-heater
-pvc
-ammonia badge
-power head
-sponge media
- other filter media
- etc

I know that sand and rocks can’t be used due to copper leach but what about the above?

I don't know about the sponge and filter media - depend on the type, but I would rise off the rest of it and use it.

If you use copper in an aquarium and use bleach to clean it out. Is the aquarium ruin? Meaning could i switch from a QT tank to a frag tank.
