My urchin knocked my torch into my hammer a few days ago. They both look like this now. Is there any saving them?

Hammer looks like it got BJD which is pretty much a death sentence.Blue lighting is hard to see but torch may be OK.

Heavy recession or bailout on the hammer and suggestive is that there is insufficient water flow and even light. The damage from falling coral is possible but these are generally light in weight, but torch can pack a powerful sting.
Prior to torch falling, how did both corals looks?
Assure moderate to medium light and flow. Both should be/should have been swaying in the flow and not bent over skeleton. Assure also that calcium which they need is not lower than 380-400

Yeah sorry I took this picture early morning when the flow and lighting were both at the minimum.

Both corals were large and flowing last week and for the last 5 months.

Is there anything to do except wait and pray?
