Get some vinal wrap and wrap them would be my choice.
If you can replace them use black tubing from a hydro store. Its what I use.

You are probably better off just picking up some black tubing. You would be surprised at the amount of bacteria/sponges/etc that will collect in tubing even with it black though.

You can get all different Sizes and Colors of Schedule 40 PVC from Home Depot. Have it delivered to the Store for free pick-up. It is Furniture grade, but will be fine for Aquarium use.

My black tubing grew a bacterial layer inside it too.
But if you don’t want to look at it, black or other color of PVC or vinyl tubing would be a good option.
