I remember reading that I shouldn't store kalkwasser in glass. I can't find the source, though. Is this the case, that kalkwasser shouldn't be stored in glass? If not, why?

If kalkwasser is bad for glass, can I still use a borosilicate glass tube that I have for dosing, or is this a bad idea?

As far my understanding goes it should not react with glass and you will be just fine.

Kalkwasser is bad for some plastics not glass

Polycarbonate is the main material to avoid. It weakens at high pH by hydrolysis of the polymer itself.

Glass should be OK, but that said, if you get a diatom problem after using limewater in glass, I might stop using glass because a small amount of silicate will dissolve at higher pH. At very high pH (15+), glass can be etched by hydroxide in water.
