Can I use a UV sterilizer to kill dinos????

I just received a 55 watt water sterilizer for my system. I've been having problems with dinos and fighting them for about a month now it's a lot of work. I finally bought a water sterilizer but don't know if it's really good to use to get rid of dinos ??? because the water sterilizer will kill all my phosphates. Please reply with any information possible.

If it works let me know because I shut down my last tank because dinos took over the whole tank and I couldn’t get rid of them

Bulk Reef Supply sells it.
I used this product on my first set up after trying everything else and it worked very well. Got rid of ALL dinos.
I understand that many reefers are against using all chemicals but if dinos are going to take your tank down then it is an option. I never regretted using it.

UV helped get rid of mine. I not sure what kind of dinos I had and they weren't too bad but once I put on the UV they cleared up within a couple days. Also I do not think UV does anything to phosphate.

I started using this UV sterilizer. Everything seems better and it's only been 10 hours. I got a hundred and 80 gallon system and I thought it might be Overkill but I think I did good with a 55 watt sterilizer

Yes it will work.. also depends on which strain of Dinos you have
