Can I use copper on a koran angelfish?

To qt it I heard some angelfish dont tolerate copper.
 
I know of at least one Koran angel that was treated with copper successfully (the link below), but @Jay Hemdal any thoughts?
 
I use coppersafe on pomacanthus angels with no issues at all. I would expect copper power to be equally safe. Both can be treated at 2.5ppm, but accurate testing is important.
Ionic copper can be an issue with Pygmy angels though.
