Can I use frozen fish food that thawed?

My small fish freezer must have shut off today, came home from work to some soupy rods and other frozen food. Once it freezes again, is it still safe to use?

If it doesn't stink I would use it. You will know right away if it started to go bad. I wouldn't feed it to my family, but fish are stupid.
