ThanksIf you're trying to grow corals in this tank, don't go with lights that are designed for growing plants. The technology isn't that different between the lights but spectrum will be out of whack for corals. If you're looking for really inexpensive LED options to grow healthy corals, consider the "black box" light fixtures you can find on amazon. I'm sure they're pretty similar to the LED grow lights you were referring to and they're priced between $100 and $150 depending on the brand.
