Can I use this glass for baffles

I purchased a used tank a year ago that was broken down. I decided to use the glass tops for baffles in my new sump. I cut them to length and soaked them in a vinegar bath last night. There is these stains on the glass still after washing them. Do you think they are safe to use?

Yeah, sure. Those hard water stains sometimes never come off unless you sand and polish the glass.
