Can I use this tank?

Hi guys,

I have a spare brand new Aqua One Aspire 55L Aquarium, comes with heater/Filter and light.

Would it be possible to use this tank for marine? If yes then what filter and other items would I need?

Plus how many fish could I get in this 55L tank?

You could but I wouldn't suggest it. Smaller tanks are prone to parameter swings and are actually harder to maintain than a larger tank. You would be better served by a standard 40 gallon breeder to kick things off.
