Quikrete Hydraulic Water-Stop Cement.. can I use this stuff to make frag plugs?

Hydraulic cement i would imagine would leach for a long while. I could be wrong... not sure how long it would take to cure and be safe for an aquarium

I was watching DIY videos the other day about making custom pieces of love rock (if anyone has any good tips on this or can point me towards a good method, please lemme know) and I discovered a kind of cement that was supposed to be low PH with little leeched stuff. Can't remember what it's called, but you should be able to find it with a couple quick google searches. You may want to look into that.

I tried to look for portland cement but my local lowes doesn't carry any..
