Can Ich live on Copepods or Amphipods? Maybe it's a coincidence, but I just added a bag of copepods and amphipods including the water and filter floss in the bag. The next day my clown and lawnmower blenny are flashing against the sand. What are your thoughts?

Did you add the water from the bags to your tank too? ICH can not live on pods. However the water could be infested. Depends how the seller cultures them.

This is why I emptied my bag into a separate container, using a fine mesh net to strain the pods. As for those in the floss, I put the floss in a container of my tank water and within 15-20min all pods leave the floss. Then I again strain using the net. No sellers water enters my tank, ever.

flashing doesn't only mean ich

I've got a purple firefish that I've had for about 2 years. I had an ich breakout when the tank was new, but he never got it.

I'd say once or twice a month I catch him flashing, but he's super healthy. Fat and happy. Probably the happiest fish in the tank.

Keep an eye on things, but my guess is it's not from the pods. Just a coincidence
