Can Kenya Tree sting Green Nepthea?

I've noticed that one of my branches of nepthea hasn't been opening completely. My kenya seems to be growing into the nepthea's area and makes contact with the closed branch. Is the kenya tree stinging the nepthea? Has anyone else noticed this with either corals?

My Kenya trees pestered my leather coral but idk if it was stinging it or just kept touching it and causing it to retract and shed. I'm interested in other answers on this so I'm watching.

Most leather corals do slime up and mucus up. Shed skin. Ect.
They actually do biological warfare and release things in the water. Not sting. Fire coral maybe but not Kenya tree or nepth.
Separate and give a little more room.

I just handcuffed the stalk of the kenya tree to a rock with a piece of elastic. The nepthea looks a lot happier
