Can Lymphocytis clear in a day or two?

I had a copperband that got this the day after it hit my QT tank. It cleared up in what seemed like just a few days, but I was working and busy so it might have been a bit longer than I remember. Anyhow, I have some sort of blue damsel that I may have injured moving a rock that looked like it had lympho the next morning. Anyhow it cleared up in literally a day. Is this possible or might it have just been gunk that was stirred up from removing rocks or something else. It just past 90 days in QT and was about to go into DT so I paused on doing that but feel like its safe to do now another week has gone by and it looks fine.

I would say 90 days would be a long time in QT .
If anything would show up I think the first 30 days would be the time.
Not at day 90.
