Hey everyone so my tank has been infested by ich and I have a ribbon and a snowflake eel in my tank along with angels triggers and puffer
So wantinh to do a hypo salinity treatment for the tang but don't know if the ribbon eel can tolerate it.
I've heard that snowflake eels can very easily make it but don't know about the ribbon

Does your ribbon eel have ich? Have you tried medicating the water? There may be other ways to fix the problem.

If the eel is healthy it is very unlikely that a protazoan disease will attach itself. I have seen numerous eels go through ich and velvet tanks not being effected or transferring to other tanks.
