Can Rowa Phos be used if its collected moisture

As the title states; can you use Rowaphos if it's collected moisture in its container? Had a large container sitting on the shelf in my garage. Hadn't used it in quite awhile and needed it today. Noticed when I went to open it that it's moist and clumping in some spots.

As long as its water. I have added too much Gfo to my reactor then taken it out and let it dry. Just fine. Sometimes I per rinse it.

Should be fine, I think they recommend leaving it slightly moist after you recharge it

It should be fine. I would say that GFO is very inert and will only be inactivated if it absorbs phosphates, or other negative ions, which shouldn't be present at high concentrations in atmospheric water vapor.

It will be fine. Many ferric oxides are shipped wetted and called GFH or granular ferric hydroxide, same thing really.
