Ive had 5 fish for a year and ever since I had dino problems my mccosker wrasse and fire goby are missing without a trace. The only fish left are a royal gramma, clown and pj cardinal.

Would any of these fish eat the two missing fish?

It's a biocube so they couldn't jump out and not in the back filter section.

The dino is lca

None of those fish would eat the others. Royal grammas are planktivorous, they don't eat anything bigger than their mouths. They can eat tiny microgobies, but only ones less than about 3/4". Sounds like the fish died of some other cause while hidden in the rockscape.

in a year old tank, there should be enough bristleworms and microfauna, in addition to normal crabs and snails, to make a little fish disappear quickly.

This has happened to me before, added a fish and never saw it again. Depending on your scape they can hide really easily and bristleworms will eat them up
