Can Ruby Reef Rally be used together with Kannaplex

Want to treat bacterial infection of CBB, just don't know if these two meds can be used together?
Or can I dip the with with reef rally and then move to a hospital tank with kannaplex?

In the end, I decided to do an FW dip and then move to hospital tank with kannaplex. He's getting a little bit of fin rot but it should be fine.
