Hi, I have a nano take with a few nems in it and woke up today to my rbta moving and has put itself right next to my large sebae anemone. Is this ok or should I worry?

Thanks

Yes but best to keep apart. To move them, rather than doing it with hand, direct flow towards them and BTA will move first

Ok thanks. So I should turn the wavemaker towards them? Or will the rbta move on its own if it isn’t happy?

Flow towards them to get them to move. Do keep an eye on them as too much flow can cause them to stretch out and look stringy. Avoid directing the flow directly at them which stresses them - towards them.
One other trick is to place an ice cube on the BTA and it will release and you can take it over to a different location of tank
