Can softies and lps take relatively high flow

I have some gonis and neon polyps, can they take medium to high flow will they adjust or stay shrunk I’ve seen tanks with low flow which they thrive or high flow tanks that also thrive is there a adjustment faze or are they not suitable for the flow in general

I don’t know about these corals. It’s hit and miss for me. I have lps and softies in high flow that have adapted and some that I had to move because they couldn’t adapt. You just have to watch.
