I thought they were copepods which i see a bunch of i think in there little redish brown things on the white media. But there are these big ones Like the white mill bug looking mofos and the larger thing i thought was a bristle worm but moves way to fast in water.

Those larger "shrimp-looking" ones are Amphipods.

Can’t remember the name but they are good.

And yes they are a great thing to have, feeding phytoplankton at night can help keep pod populations up.
